OPNEBI.NA.IL (National Joint Territorial Intersectoral Body) was born in implementation of art. 2, paragraph 1, lett. ee) of Legislative Decree 81/2008 supplemented and amended by Legislative Decree no. 106/09, as a privileged venue for the planning of training activities and the development and collection of good practices for prevention purposes, the development of actions relating to health and safety in the workplace and assistance to companies aimed at implementing the obligations in the field of health and safety at work.

The National Federation of Tertiary ATECA (FNAT for short) represents and operates on the national territory, in its specific category area, as an employers' union directly and exclusively emanating from the Tertiary Sector Association of Traders, Artisans and Farmers
