Trade union conciliation

For all individual or multiple disputes relating to the application of collective agreements, a mandatory attempt at conciliation is envisaged pursuant to Articles 410 and following of the code of civil procedure, as amended by Legislative Decree 31/3/1998, n. 80 and DL 387/1998.

The employer, the employee and the trade union representatives meet at the association's headquarters in order to reach an out-of-court settlement.
