NOTICE: failure to provide flows for November 2023

Dear Sirs, I would like to inform you that, on December 22, 2023, following the failure to disburse the payments due for November 2023, specific requests for clarification were forwarded to INPS and the Revenue Agency.

Following the aforementioned requests for clarification, on December 28, 2023, INPS - Central Revenue Directorate, as you are already aware, communicated to the institution that due to an error relating to the processing of the current account change requested by an institution with a name similar to EBINASP, the amounts due to the latter were transferred to another current account.

Therefore, on December 29, 2023, the Revenue Agency ordered the entity that erroneously received the sums to recredit them to the current account in the name of EBINASP.

Discussions were held again with INPS and Revenue Agency officials, who confirmed that the issues would be promptly resolved, resulting in the recrediting of the amounts due to EBINASP for the November 2023 period and the reactivation of payments for the December 2023 period.
