INPS E.BI.NA.SP Agreement Update

Dear Consultants, the new INPS agreement has been active since February 3rd.

The flows will no longer be managed by the Revenue Agency but by the national INPS, which will monitor the reconciled UNIEMENS.

Flows will restart from April 2026.

Delivery times: within 45 days of UNIEMENS shipment (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

INPS will consider the linearity of the reconciled UNIEMENS.
